Daniel Costa
Director
Daniel began his construction journey as an apprentice carpenter in 2006, quickly ascending to earn certification and a Certificate IV in Building & Construction by 2010.
Specializing in commercial construction, he became known for his precision and management of large-scale projects. In 2012, Daniel led a commercial glazing firm to success, completing over 1500 apartments within a year.
Today, he oversees multiple construction SMBs on Australia’s East Coast and co-founded Dare Resource, contributing to 350+ commercial projects. Daniel’s leadership and innovation solidify his status as an industry leader.
Damian Merchan
Director
Damian launched his real estate career at 20 with Stockdale & Leggo CRANBOURNE, quickly rising to become one of the top 10 listing agents within 6 months. He later transitioned to LJ Hooker New Homes, where he mastered land sales and development deals.
He then founded S&L Projects, rebranded as Core Projects, achieving monthly sales of $1 million before its sale in 2015. Partnering with Three Pillars, Damian facilitated $200 million in developments and sold a marina for $50 million, with half donated to charity.
Subsequently, he co-founded Rexlabs, overseeing expansion into markets in Australia, New Zealand, and most recently, the United Kingdom, thus marking a remarkable journey from modest origins.
Reiner Guevarra
General Manager
Reiner began his career as a civil engineer, managing infrastructure projects in the Philippines and Australia, with expertise in project management, estimating, and leading teams across commercial and residential developments.
Now General Manager at Dare Resource, Reiner drives innovation and people-first values, championing automation and digital transformation to deliver results for clients.
Reiner’s commitment to growth, collaboration, and excellence continues to shape Dare Resource’s culture and achievements, ensuring the company delivers solutions that are not only effective but truly transformative for every partner.

Operations Manager
With over a decade of customer service experience across the US and Australia, April transitioned into a senior administrative role at a leading real estate agency in Mount Eliza, Victoria, where she enhanced internal processes and supported team efficiency.
Her versatile background enables her to quickly adapt and manage diverse responsibilities. Skilled in streamlining workflows, overseeing daily operations, and leading virtual teams, she brings structure and productivity to every role.
